Shrimp Scampi

2 pounds DelicaSea¨ Uncooked, Headless, Shell-on Easy Peel, Black Tiger Shrimp
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce
Hot cooked fettuccine
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Peel the shrimp. The removal of the shell is simple and you can remove the tail or leave it on according to your own preference. Cook onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and the next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; add shrimp, and cook, stirring constantly 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over hot cooked fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley.

Yield: 4-6 servings.
