hypophthalmus) are a versatile, affordable, and abundant white fish specie.
The are a perfect choice for todays discernible retail and foodservice
customer. With a delicate texture and a light, flavorful taste, DelicaSea
Swai fillets are suitable for use in a wide variety of preparations.
DelicaSea Swai fillets are produced from farm raised fish raised in
pristine waters and packed under strict hygienic conditions. Boneless and
skinless fillets are cut from fresh fish, then well trimmed with the belly
portion removed. The color of the flesh is all white. The individual
fillets are graded 3-5,5-7 and 7-9 oz. and packed into IQF 1/15 lb.master
cartons. Shatterpack product graded 6/8,8/10,and 10/12 oz , packed in 2x11
lb master cartons are also available. DelicaSea Swai fillets are available
year round and are fully guaranteed for 100% net weight and consistent and
dependable quality.
